What to do :

• Conduct training and educational programs (from the idea, the formation of the request to the development of analytics on the program and reflection on lessons and effectiveness, the formation of data for the grant report)

• Develop training and educational programs for a specific audience

• Maintain a database of coaches and develop relationships with them

• Form the questions and types of data that must be collected in CRM from program and event participants.

• Process analytics about program participants, their requests, and program feedback 

• Maintain structured documentation for each individual project

• Form and manage the project budget.
