Your main tasks will be:

• participates in defining long-term goals and plansdevelopment of production bases and mechanical services (including if necessary with analysis of external marketenvironment, demand for services and opportunities\feasibility of their effective provision ; 
• definition studying competitors, identifying changes,possibility of adapting to them, etc.) plans and ensures the implementation of a defined strategy;
• analyzes customer plans\needs, organization capabilities and synchronizes production facilities with them. For negotiates, concludes and managescontracts for the provision of services;
• responsible for high-quality and timely implementation of plans withcompliance with work standards and contract conditions\needscustomers;
• ensures the introduction of new technologies, methods,approaches; 
• reengineers processes to increase efficiency and cost minimization;
• kerates economic and economic activity of the direction, plans and monitors budget execution;
• provides financial stability of the direction in terms of income and expenses;
• ensures compliance of the department's activities with standardsand laws in the oil and gas sector and labor protection.

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• experience in financial management, budgeting andcost control;
• inhigh level of software skillsproductsMS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
• work experience of at least 10 years;
