We invite you to take up the position — Project Manager of the Department of Architectural Methodology.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (preferably economic).
• Experience of working in the banking system in the field of processes/methodology for 3 years or more.
• Knowledge of banking products, techniques and stages of sales.
• Experience in developing documentation / methodologies.
• Experience in describing business processes.
• Experience in analyzing and describing business - requirements (including for IT platforms).
• User of visualization / illustration systems for describing methodologies / business processes.
• User of task management / electronic document flow systems.
• Proficiency in English. 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and optimize the Bank's methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Manage information flows and ensure effective use of data.
• Lead change management and collaborate with divisions to implement new methodologies.
• Implement automation and digital transformation to simplify the methodology.
• Conduct training on the Bank's methodology and information systems.
