What we are looking for:

• From 5 years of experience in business process management, preferably in banking or financial sphere
• Deep knowledge of process management tools (BPMN 2.0, SIPOC, RACI and others)
• Understanding the specifics and challenges of banking business processes
• Analytical composition intelligence and the ability to "tame" large volumes of data
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present work results in an exciting way
• Teamwork experience and leadership qualities

< strong>It would be great if you have:

• Practical experience of working with BPMS systems and participation in their implementation projects
• Certifications in the field of process management (e.g. CBPP, OCEB)
• Knowledge and experience in applying Lean methodology for process optimization, as well as Lean Six Sigma certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis, modeling and optimization of the Bank's business processes
• Development and implementation of innovative processes to improve the efficiency and quality of customer service
• Participation in exciting projects on the implementation of business process management systems (BPMS)
• Process mapping using various tools and methodologies (BPMN 2.0, Swim Lane diagrams, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)
< li>Constant monitoring of process efficiency and generation of ideas for their improvement
