If you have: 3+ years of project management experience in the field of IT, in particular with the development and implementation of information systems. A practical technical background is a MUST (developer, BA, QA) Experience in informatization and digitization projects. Deep understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile/Scrum, etc.). Skills in working with project planning tools such as MS Project, Jira, etc. Experience in team management and interaction with stakeholders. Ability to analyze large volumes of data and develop strategic solutions. Higher education in the field of project management, information technology, system administration or related fields. Also: Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. Strategic thinking, result-oriented. High degree of self-organization , responsibility and attention to details. The ability to work at a fast pace, in frequently changing conditions. Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate the team. In your role, you will: Develop a plan for the project and sub-projects, including the allocation of tasks, determination of implementation stages, resources, budgets and timelines. Manage the project team and subprojects, including task allocation, task setting, performance monitoring, team motivation, and conflict resolution. Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including customers, co-contractors, suppliers, partners, and system users. Monitor the progress of the project and subprojects in order to timely identify deviations from the budget and implement corrective actions. Identify, analyze and minimize project risks, develop strategies for their management. Implement quality standards in all aspects of the project, from monitoring the fulfillment of technical requirements to testing the final product. Form and control the project budget, optimize costs. Control documentation and manage project documentation, reports on the progress of project implementation. Organize the process from signing the project to closing the project, including analysis of achieved results, design of project reports andputting the project into operation. Plan and coordinate the work of ongoing support and maintenance of the project for all categories (system users, citizens), including system updates and modernization.
