You will be able to work in a team of professionals and have the opportunity to contribute to the security of the United States.Your area of responsibility:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the web application to ensure product quality and reliability;Perform manual testing to identify and report bugs, issues, and usability problems;Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide valuable input during the development process;Actively participate in design and requirement reviews, providing feedback to improve testability and product quality early in the development lifecycle;Identify, document, and prioritize test scenarios, taking into account different use cases and edge cases;Conduct regression testing and validate new features and enhancements to ensure they meet the specified requirements and do not introduce regressions;Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies, advocating for best practices and adopting innovative testing techniques.Skills and requirements:5+ years of proven experience as a manual QA Engineer, with a focus on web applications testing;Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices in an Agile development environment;Ability to create testing documentation from scratch and to maintain it for a long period of time.Solid knowledge of different testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing;Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools to track defects and manage test cases efficiently;Proficiency in analyzing test results and providing clear and concise defect reports;Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD processes;Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues effectively;Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate QA-related insights;A proactive and self-driven approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.We offer:Working in a team of talented and passionate engineers;Opportunity to work with the most trending technologies;Long-term enjoyable cooperation;Personal legal support;Payable vacation and sick days;Competitive salary depending on your own talents; Regular performance & career development reviews; Team building events.
