How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• organize the work of the team on the project

• effectively manage the main "project triangle" - execution time, budget, scope of work

• organize the planning of work on the project (calendar plan and network diagram of the project schedule, kanban boards)

• build effective communication between all project parties

• identify and assess project risks

• be responsible for project monitoring and control, manage changes according to expected results

Challenges for 3 months:

• take control of the LMS implementation project and familiarize yourself with current projects

• build effective inter-team interaction

• have an understanding of the main functionality of the system

• prioritize stakeholder requests

• have a confident understanding of the company's processes and approaches

p>To achieve results, you will need:

• 3+ years of work experience as a project manager

• work experience in product companies will be an advantage

• the ability to use various Agile project management methodologies (scrum, kanban, etc.)

• experience with project management systems and documentation (practical experience with Atlassian products)

• understanding of HR processes in large companies, it will be a plus to understand the range of systems used to automate HR processes

• understanding of the specifics of IT projects
