About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager for the Marketing & Communication Department who will provide effective coordination of creative teams and will help timely and high-quality implementation of tasks from the brief to the final result.
The main focus of the role is planning, coordination and control of the team's tasks, as well as ensuring transparent interaction processes between the marketing department and communication with other departments of the organization.

Monitor project progress and promptly resolve blockers;
Control the use of department resources and budgets;
Prepare regular reports on the status of projects for the manager and key stakeholders;
Optimize task management processes and improve cross-functional interaction between teams.
Who we're looking for:
You have at least 2 years of experience in managing marketing or communication projects;
You have practical experience with task management tools (Trello or similar: Asana, Jira, ClickUp);
You confidently work with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail);
Маєш досвід роботи з брифами та вмієш трансформувати стратегічні цілі у структуровані задачі та план проєкту;
You have experience coordinating cross-functional teams (marketing, design, content, PR, SMM);
Able to plan and prioritize tasks in an environment with several parallel projects;
You have skills in resource planning, deadline control and basic budgeting;
You focus on improving processes and cross-functional interaction in the team;
Can you collect, etcstructure requirements from stakeholders;
You have experience in preparing status reports and communicating project results.
Experience in marketing agencies, etc.

Other important details:
Full time employment;
Working hours 10:00 - 19:00 from Monday to Friday;
Working in the office and in a hybrid format (office-remote) after the trial period ends;
The office is located at Lviv (Ulasa Samchuk St., 3);
