We are looking for a Business / Product Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data analysis to inform product decisions

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and product improvement

• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning and prioritization

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, Excel, or similar)

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• English proficiency - intermediate or higher

Nice to have (but not necessarily):

• Experience in IT product development or SaaS

• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles

• Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq)
