Project Manager (Logistics / International Trade) in HR Agency Key People

HR Agency Key People is a recruiting agency specializing in the selection of managers and experts for investment, infrastructure and international businesses.

Our client is an international company working in the field of global trade and trade finance, implementing operations for the supply of goods between different countries. In connection with the expansion of operations, the company is looking for a Project Manager (Logistics) who will be responsible for managing the logistics part of international deals.

About the role

The Project Manager coordinates the entire logistics cycle of the deal - from route planning and carrier selection to delivery control and customs clearance. The role involves close interaction with traders, finance team, carriers, forwarders and customs brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and organization of international transport (sea, road, multimodal)

• Interaction with carriers, forwarders and freight forwarders by agents

• Control of fulfillment of delivery terms in accordance with Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.)

• Coordination of customs clearance and work with customs brokers

• Control of shipping documents (B/L, CMR, AWB, Invoice, Packing List)

• Monitoring of cargo movement and logistics management risks

• Coordination of the participants of the agreement at all stages of transportation

Candidate profile

• Experience in international logistics or foreign exchange from 3-5 years

• Practical experience in organizing international transportation

• Understanding Incoterms, customs procedures and trade document management

• Experience of working with transport and logistics partners

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• English language - working level
