Project Manager (Logistics) in Kovalska

Key Problems:

• Conducting project activity
• Analysis and optimization of business processes of direction, implementation of logistics automation systems

Functional responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of logistics projects
• Planning of work within the project, incl. Management of the project team to achieve results
• Identification of risks/ narrow processes, formation of improvement/ improvement/ automation proposals
• Project initiation to automate work (improve process efficiency)
• Coordination, providing analytical and communication support for automation projects
• Keeping the Statuses of Project Tasks (JIRA)
• Writing Technical Tasks (Business Section) for Automation, Collaboration with IT
• Control of Execution and Organization of Testing Developed Decisions

• Higher education (technical/economic)
• Project Management Experience in Large Companies (Industry: Production, Industry, Logistics, IT)
• Experience of organizing, describing, analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Experience of implementation of project automation projects
• Experience Management of Crossfunctional Project Teams
• Knowledge of Project Management Methodology (PMBOOK)
• Knowledge and application of business process modeling techniques
• Desirable experience of project management in the field of logistics
• experienced user: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Jira
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, communication skills, initiative.
