The purpose of the FPSU-2 is to provide the Ukrainian state with the best conditions for managing the inclusive restoration and revival of Ukraine in partnership with civil society and private sector in Russian aggression. This should contribute to the development of a more stable, socially cohesive, inclusive, democratic, sovereign and prosperous Ukraine. FPSU-2 provides funding for Ukrainian and international executive partners and implements projects based on the results of research and evidence. • Risk management, including identification of potential threats and problems that can affect the implementation (KPI), regular intermediate assessments and offering improvements.
• Assistance in managing the budgets of projects and grants.

This position provides full-time in the office in Kiev. Remote work can be allowed with the agreement of management.
