About the project: This is about creating digital products that solve business problems and improve the user experience with a focus on smart technology and clean design. Requirements:• 3+ years of commercial experience working as a Project Manager; Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Mathematics, Management or similar; English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level; Proficiency in Project Management tools: Atlassian, Jira and Confluence;• Project management experience with knowledge of fundamental methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.);• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);• Experience in developing product roadmaps with the involvement of external and internal stakeholders; • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team;• Understanding of UI/UX for web and mobile applications;• High self-motivation and ability to work in a team;• Understanding of client business goals. Responsibilities: Planning, execution, and control of IT projects throughout the entire lifecycle; Managing project development and making adjustments as needed to meet customer requirements; Coordinating the work of the project team, including developers, designers, testers, and other departments;• Monitoring and reporting project progress, including budget and timelines;• Defining and analyzing client requirements and ensuring project execution meets those requirements;• Developing and implementing project plans, including creating and executing work schedules, cost estimation, budgeting, and task allocation; • Preparing regular reports and project progress updates; • Supporting and enhancing the efficiency of project management, participating in team knowledge and skill improvement; Would be a plus:• Experience in web application development using Ruby on Rails;• Experience in mobile application development;• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
