Project manager (IT) in CHM software

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• Background in IT, understanding the principles of web services, api, HTTP, etc.;
• Orientation on the result, not on the process;
• Good verbal and written communication, ability to formulate own thoughts and ideas, argue one's position;
• Experience of working with a team;
• Experience of planning, assessment and elimination of risks;
• Responsibility, discipline, self-organization, purposefulness, initiative;
• Leadership qualities;

• Ability to quickly and qualitatively perceive new information;
• Communicability.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of accounting methods at trading enterprises;
• Knowledge of trade equipment, types, features of work

Working conditions:

• Working schedule 5/2, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the functions of an expert analyst who works on product strategy together with the customer;
• Responsible for communication with the customer, offering him certain product features, as well as visions that would meet his business goals;
• Control work at all stages of development;
• Conduct weekly /daily developer stand-ups;
• Formulate a product strategy based on feedback from users;
• Conduct market research, product strategies of similar products and research their indicators, understand market trends;

• Be responsible for the understanding between the customer and the developer;
• Discuss with the customer operational issues that arise in the development team.
