Project Manager (IT) in Derzhavniy Operator Tilu

Government Rear Operator (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, property, fuel and lubricants for the needs of the military.

We are convinced that that the supply for the army should not only be of interest to the market, but also honorable. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.

Main duties in the position:

• Organization of management work projects.
• Preparation of project documentation.
• Control of project implementation at all stages.
• Organization of project team work, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation.
• Coordinating meetings regarding the formation of expectations for project results and direct interaction with stakeholders.
• Interaction with structural divisions of the organization that are relevant to the achievement of project results (lawyers, finance, etc.).
• Project cost control and reporting to management.
• Formation of the vision of the solution concept.
• Verification technical requirements and technical tasks for the development of IT solutions and verification for the purpose of closing the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Support for the development of systems, implementation of ideas and product creation.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Higher education in the field of information technology, cybernetics, management or related fields.
• Experience project management for the development and implementation of software with budgets of USD 100,000 or more (management of such projects in the public sector may be an advantage).
• High communication skills and willingness to communicate with stakeholders (including experience with government agencies will be an advantage).
• Understanding the principles of digital tools, which are often used in state information systems (KEP, state registers, etc.).

Technical knowledge and software:

• Experience with ClickUp, MS Office.
• Knowledge of project management principles and approaches (PMBOK Guide in particular would be an advantage).
• Work experience in Power Apps / Dynamics 365may be an advantage.

Personal qualities and characteristics:

• Proactive civic position.
• Zero tolerance for corruption.
• Openness to new knowledge, new experience.
• Knowledge of the English language at an above average level, Ukrainian is fluent.
