Your key tasks:

• Working with requirements from the customer and determining priorities in tasks;
• Setting up the workflow (development, testing, working with requirements);
• Building effective interaction in the project team ;
• Execution control;
• Risk analysis and creation of risk minimization plans;
• Prompt resolution of conflict situations, elimination of obstacles in work;
• Working with territorially dispersed multicultural outsourcing teams;
• Conducting project and management committees.
