We are currently looking for Projectmanager,who will be responsible for organizing the work of the credit product development team.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Practical experience of project management in the field of banking from 3 years;

• Work experience under flexible development management methodologies (Agile, Scrum);
• Project management for the implementation and development of a banking mobile application.

Would be a plus:

• Experience as a business or systems analyst;
• Understanding credit products;
• Experience work with foreign financial companies/banks;
• Experience of working with flexible software development management methodologies (Agile, Scrum);
• Experience of working as a business analyst / system analyst;
• Experience with the technology stack: nodejs (js / ts), PostgreSQL, containerization (docker, lxc), cloud environments.

Tasks:

• Organize the work of multifunctional teams;
• Manage the portfolio of projects (control of compliance with implementation deadlines, prioritization of tasks within the project and between projects, reporting);
• Prepare presentation materials to display project statuses and progress;
• Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, project team members;
• Formulate business requirements for automation of business processes within the framework of the company's activities;
• Create and adapt to the specifics of the company's work a methodology for project management and software development.
