We are currently looking for project manager for furniture production. The work is remote, but preference is given to candidates who live in Kyiv for periodic visits to the facilities. 400">inhigh level of remuneration and a clear system of bonuses for successfully implemented projects;overview of large-scale projects, where stylish interiors are created and trends in the furniture industry are determined; opportunities for professional development:education, training, participation in exhibitions and mastering new tools;kcomfortable style="font-weight: 700">I see an atmosphere where initiative, creativity and the desire to be a leader are welcomedto be apart of modern furniture production, where high-quality interior solutions are created for the Ukrainian and international market.Your main tasks will be:
- Managing the full cycle of production projects: from planning to delivery of the finished product.
- Coordination of the work of designers, technologists, production masters and suppliers
- Control of deadlines, budget and quality of execution.
- Optimization ofprocesses and search for solutions to increase production efficiency.
- Communicationwith clients and partners, presentation of projects.
- R&D: development of new products together with the design team.
Experience we are looking for:
- Experience as a project manager in production (preferably furniture, woodworking, interior solutions) -from 3 years.
- Higherprofessional education.
- Experience in PRO100, SketchUp, Corel Draw programs will be an advantage.
- Experience in independent project management (from launch to implementation).
- Confident user of Google Space products (Sheets, Docs, Meet), Excel, Zoom.
- Experience with project management systems.
Skills of the ideal candidate:
- can read drawings;
- understands the basics of strategic planning;
- works clearly in multitasking mode;
- knows how to organize the work process;
- knows the basics of furniture production and technological processes;
- understands the range of materials and accessories;
- fluent in Ukrainian;
- speaks English - as an advantage. Working conditions:
- salary: rate + bonus, from UAH 40,000 to UAH 90,000 depending on qualifications and work results (execution of projects);
- schedule: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, full time;
- place of work: possibility to work in the office, remotely or in a hybrid format;
- business trips: participation in specialized exhibitions and seminars of manufacturers. Additionally from us: corporate events, training and development.
