Content manager / SMM specialist with project assistant functions in Trofimov E.A., FOP

Tasks: ensure stable content production, order in tasks and accurate communication between all project participants.

Responsibilities:
Content and social networks
Maintaining TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
Preparation of a content plan.
Collection, selection and packaging of materials.
Publications, selection of covers, tags, descriptions.
Video editing:
Editing short videos (15–90 sec).
Editing interviews in the “talking head” format.
Working with titles, subtitles, sound, color correction.
Preparation of vertical and horizontal versions.

Communications:
Calls to partners, speakers, contractors.
Coordination of dates, locations, agreements.
Conducting business correspondence.
Structuring and management
Maintaining Google Sheets: content calendar, CRM, task accounting.
Creating systems: checklists, tables, deadline control.
Collecting reports on content effectiveness.
Task control via Notion / Trello / Sheets.

Requirements:
Experience in managing social networks (TikTok/YouTube/Instagram).
Video editing skills: CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut.
Competent oral and written communication.
Ability to speak clearly and confidently on the phone.
Excellent structure, systems thinking.
Quick learner, independence.
Organization, working with deadlines.
