Project manager for work with international payment systems in Bank Pivdenniy

What needs to be done:

• Interaction with International payment systems: interaction, support of contractual agreements, support of commissions, cost management
• Management of joint projects with International payment systems systems
• Excellent understanding of the operational and technological features of card processes (authorization, clearing, settlement, 3DS, tokenization, MoneySend/Visa Direct, Click to Pay, Request to Pay, Visa+, etc.)
• Contractual support of the bank’s work in the MPS — license, service, product, marketing, technological contracts — conclusion, execution, support.
• Setting up on portals of MPS - ordering BIN/Product, registration/amendment of technology operator/commercial agent registration, setting up product configurations with tokenization, setting/changing settlement, setting up basic processes for the bank - transfer programs, 3DS, card ranges, deleting products, preparing and submitting quarterly reports to MPS.
• Maintenance projects with MPS - process part, documentation, analysis of ARI, construction of business requirements for IT divisions and processing center, organization of processes for creating keys for test and production environments, working out integration with bank systems, planning a new interface for new services in bank systems, finding optimal solutions for clients and from the point of view of the bank's financial results.

This will require:

• Relevant work experience in a bank with international payment systems
• Project management experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
• Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level
• Creation of a project team and the ability to lead a team during project
• Extnot understanding the operational and technological features of card processes?
• Analytical and systemic thinking, effective communication, self-organization
