Job description:The company is looking for an experienced Line and Antenna Project Manager to manage telecommunications projects , which include managing multiple installation teams and ensuring constant communication with customers. In-depth knowledge of equipment, materials, as well as the use of cloud systems and computer tools are mandatory requirements for this position.
Requirements:Experience in project management and management of installation teams. Hands-on experience with Nokia equipment and knowledge of telecommunication materials. Knowledge of cloud systems, spreadsheets and other computer tools for project coordination and management. Willingness to a non-standard work schedule and availability 7 days a week to solve urgent tasks. Ability to work in Eastern (EST) and Central (CST) time zones. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and coordinate project work.
Additional requirement:Experienced MAC OS and Google Enterprise User: Candidate must have strong MAC OS skills for effective project management and also be proficient user of Google Enterprise tools (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs). This includes the ability to work with cloud services, shared documents, spreadsheets, and other tools to organize, monitor, and maintain project documentation. Ability to develop, optimize and implement new processes: The candidate's ability to analyze current processes, develop new approaches and optimize work procedures to increase efficiency will be highly valued. This includes implementing innovative solutions and working "for results" to ensure continuous development and improvement of projects and operations.
