Head of department (industrial construction) in Ukrtransnafta

JSC "Ukrtransnafta" is part of the Naftogaz Group, we transport oil and oil products through oil pipelines of Ukraine and are the second largest operator of trunk oil pipeline systems in Europe. We invite you to work as the Head of the Department of Capital Construction and Repairs of the Department of Capital Construction.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Higher education in the relevant field of study (master’s degree)
• Experience in managerial positions - 3 years
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine on construction and procurement
• Experience in construction field
• Experience in the implementation of construction investment projects
• Ability to effectively monitor the execution of assignments by subordinate employees
• Ability to focus on the implementation of a number of projects

Necessary personal competencies:

• High organizational skills and multitasking

Main tasks and responsibilities for this position:

• Organization and support of the construction process of objects in accordance with the concluded contracts (control over the progress of construction, volumes, deadlines of work)
• Organization of inspections and certification of buildings and structures
• Participation in the preparation, consideration and approval of design tasks in the Company
• Development and support of calendar schedules for the implementation of construction projects objects
• Organization and participation in checking the readiness of the construction object for operation within the scope of competence
• Working with counterparties within the scope of concluded contracts
• Initiating and participating in procurement works and services for construction and repair, design and search works
• Participation in the formation of investment projects and creation of investment project passports or business cases depending on the level investment project and within the scope of competence
