Now we are looking for the head of the Agronomy Educational Courses department.
The head of Growex Academy will be responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy for the development of the training platform in agronomy, planning and organization of training programs, team management (sales department, technical and agricultural support, marketing), as well as for ensuring quality training and compliance of programs with market needs.
Main tasks:
- Development and implementation of Growex Academy development strategy
- Planning and organization of training programs
- Participation in the selection and adaptation of the team of newcomers
- Control over the quality of training and compliance of programs with market needs
- Ensuring stable growth of the academy and maintaining its reputation.
Requirements:< /strong>
skills- Ability to manage a team and work in conditions of high development rate
- Knowledge of modern teaching and training methods
- Excellent understanding of market needs and the ability to adapt to them .
