Project Manager (EdTech) in SHURSHU

The Grow Global Academy company is looking for an organized, responsible and driven person who knows how to keep all projects under control (and not burn out in the process)

Who are we?

Grow Global Academy is an Educational EdTech project that helps companies teach their employees foreign languages. Our clients are KredoBank, Nova Poshta, Lifecell and other strong Ukrainian companies

The team is growing quickly and we are looking for a PM'a who:

• likes to bring order;
• gets high from communicating with people;
• can make structure out of chaos.

What will you do?

• Communicate with customers: understand their needs, suggest solutions, be in touch.
• Coordinate projects: selection of teachers, launch of courses, monitoring of progress.
• Monitor deadlines, quality and timings - no "oops".
• Collect feedback and help us improve.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in coordination / organization of processes will be a plus.
• Communicability, structure and proactivity.
• English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate - because you will need it when working with native speakers.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• If there is no experience - we will teach you! The main thing is your desire.
