Middle Computer Systems Engineer in Ajax Systems

Requirements:

• Operating Systems Administration: Understanding and experience with various operating systems systems such as Windows Server, Linux, as well as the ability to configure, update and manage them.
• Knowledge of network protocols and services: Understanding of network protocol principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP and experience configuring and maintaining network services.
• Monitoring and diagnostics: Ability to use monitoring and analysis systems to detect anomalies and solving problems in the infrastructure.
• Knowledge of the architecture of cloud services: Understanding of the concepts and components of cloud services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Maintenance of computer equipment: Work methods and rules of operation, repair, configuration, diagnostics and maintenance of computer and office equipment
• Information security: Knowledge of the principles and methods of information protection, including antivirus programs, firewalls, authentication and access control systems.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management, support and optimization of information and network systems, computer equipment and services in the organization.
• Providing technical support to users, including solving their requests and problems.
• Implementation and updating of new technologies and solutions that improve the productivity and efficiency of information systems.
• Interaction with other departments and teams to ensure best practices in the field of IT and solving joint tasks and projects.
• Work monitoring systems, identifying and solving problems, using monitoring systems to detect anomalies.
