Project manager/Donor relations manager in Lviv IT Cluster

Lviv IT Cluster is the largest technical association in Ukraine, which has united more than 300 of the most successful IT companies and 100,000 technical specialists. We work to develop the industry and protect the interests of the IT business. 

We won the competition to create a European Innovation Digital Hub (EDIH) in the region and received funding from the European Commission. In this regard, we are looking for a Project Manager/Donor Relations Manager who will carefully coordinate and monitor the implementation and compliance of the EDIH system and effectively collaborate with all stakeholders (external and internal) in this process.

Our ideal candidate:

• Lives in Lviv, ready for business trips to participate in Lviv IT Cluster events;
• Has 2 years of Project Manager experience. Actively worked with stakeholders, documentation, budgets;
• Possess English at Upper Intermediate (B2) level;
• Attentive to details, ready for systematic, monotonous work with various documentation;
• Owns good communication skills (especially business communication skills – oral and written).

Would be a great advantage:

• Experience working with projects business development (for example, support for startups, incubators/accelerators);
• Experience in working with grants or budget funds, or experience in a field that significantly regulated (for example, the financial sector);
• Experience of working with marketing and events department teams within brand books and co-branding.

Your duties will include:

• EDIH – cooperate with all departments working within the program, monitor the availability and compliance with expectations of reporting documents, advise colleagues on their filling;
• Ensure the completeness of preservation of selection or tender documentation for purchases within EDIH;
• Monitor the indicators of the budget and workload of the involved experts (combine information from several sources into a single one);
• Monitor the dynamics of the implementation of CRI;
• Conduct digital maturity interviews with EDIH clients, withproperly with a survey on a special EC portal;
• Enter documentation on the EC reporting portal (DTA), ensure that the information is consistent and uniform in different reporting locations;
• Participate in the preparation of reporting documents and technical results/presentations.
• Assist the EDIH Lead in coordinating the execution of branding and general communications related to EDIH (in collaboration with the Marketing and Events Department and the Events Department);
• Participation in other Donor funded projects as needed;
• In the future: get involved in fundraising and project design.
