Project manager (CRM Creatio implementation) in CRM Genesis

We are a team specializing in the implementation and integration of CRM systems and business process automation solutions based on Creatio (Terrasoft). Our clients are companies from various fields: e-commerce, finance, law, logistics, beauty and health, professional services. We help them grow through effective automation.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will help our clients achieve results - on time, with quality and with drive

What we will task you with:

• creating a project plan, including goals, stages, tasks and time frames;
• supporting communication within the team, sharing information needed to complete tasks;
• managing deadlines and resources: setting deadlines for tasks and monitoring their compliance;
• regular monitoring of progress, assessment of project risks and effectiveness;
• maintaining constant contact with project stakeholders;
• conducting presentations, providing reports on progress and results;
• completion of the project: analysis of results, creation of a final report and evaluation of the achieved results.

Our expectations from you:

• successful project management experience in the IT sphere;
• knowledge of SCRUM / Agile / Waterfall project management approaches;
• understanding of the architecture of future automation systems (object approach, vision of the final result);
• ability to estimate the scope of your work, team work, plan time and finish what is started;
• experience with CRM systems will be a plus;
• ability to work in a team, responsibility for the result (in practice)).
