No-code Creatio Lead, Manager in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

We are looking for a No-code Creatio Lead/Manager who has deep technical expertise and team management experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the technical part of products, optimizing processes and implementing complex projects on the Creatio Studio and Portal platforms. You will have autonomy in decision-making, support from management and real influence on the company's technical strategy.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Deep technical expertise in product implementation on Creatio Studio and Portal
• Development experience (Low-Code / Back-end / Front-end) - technical background is mandatory
• Knowledge of the principles of software architecture, CI/CD, integrations and technical debt management
• Technical delivery experience in complex projects
• Communication and team management experience
• Ability to make autonomous decisions, proactivity, leadership

Responsibilities:

• Management of a team of specialists: Low-Code Dev, Front-end, Back-end, QA, Implementation Engineer
• Assessment and review of current processes, identification of areas for improvement
• Technical management of delivery projects in cooperation with Project Managers
• Closing of technical debt, optimization of architectural solutions
• Development and introduction of new products on Creatio for internal and external
