Do you have experience in building business processes in CRM systems? We are looking for someone who will build internal processes of interaction between systems and external users.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the implementation of a new business process automation project in the Diya ecosystem.
• Coordination of the launch of new products and their integration with each other.
• Formation of CRM development strategy.
• Automation of business processes.
• Collection of requirements, formation and setting of tasks for CRM development.
• Development of technical tasks.
• Building knowledge base and onboarding for internal users.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with Creatio (or experience of working with a similar CRM) from 2 years.
• One year of work experience with CRM systems for the enterprise segment such as Creatio, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, Zoho CRM for 2 years.
• Experience in configuring BPMN processes from 2 years.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation, building processes on it with further automation.
• 2 years of experience as a business analyst, CRM coordinator or project manager.
• Higher education.
