Implementation expert for the project on development and implementation of MBKD in Administrator mistobudivnogo kadastru na derzhavnomu rivni, DP

The state enterprise "Urban Planning Cadastre Administrator at the State Level" was created by the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine. The purpose of SE "ADMINISTRATOR MBKD": administration of the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector (EDESSB) and the Unified State Register of Addresses (UEDRA)

We are looking for an expert (-ku ) from the implementation, which (which) will implement and administer the functionalities of electronic systems among users. Main functions:

? Implementation and modernization of functionalities: creation of requirements for specific functionality, verification of compliance with requirements, training activities for users, surveys on implementation and data analysis, preparation of a report to the customer on the implementation of the project.

? Design, preparation and delivery of training in various formats: trainings with basic training, workshops for specific requests and needs, offline training.

? Maintenance of high-quality and effective use of the system by users. Scope of work and responsibilities:

? Develop product requirements;? Participate in product testing throughout the development lifecycle;

? Participation in business process implementation projects;

? Interaction with the development department at the level of writing tasks for system modification, control of terms and quality of execution;

? Participate in process changes and automation;

? Organization and conducting of educational events;

? Experience in analyzing project documentation for business, user and technical requirements;

? Preparation of documentation for system users;

? Adherence to deadlines, reporting on the work performed. Expectations for the candidate's experience:

? Work experience in the field of development of training programs/methodical work for at least 1 year

? Knowledge of legislation in the field of providing administrative services in the field of construction will be an advantage

? Sociability and the ability to work in a team.
