About the role: Project Manager (CEO Initiatives) is a “CEO office execution” role: structuring priorities, launching and managing key initiatives, removing blockers, monitoring execution and bringing agreements to result.
Work format:
• Kyiv: hybrid or remote
• Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Lead turnkey top initiatives: goals > plan > responsible > deadlines > execution > result
• Keep the backlog of initiatives: priorities, statuses, next steps, blockers, solutions
• Prepare short updates/summaries for stakeholders: what has been done, what is blocking, what needs to be resolved
• “Push” execution: follow-ups, fixing agreements, quality control of the result
Key areas of initiatives (examples):
Requirements (must-have):
• English (confident working)
• Experience in the roles of Project Manager / Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant with a strong PM focus / Special Projects
• Ability to work with vague tasks: quickly structure and translate into plan/artifacts/execution
• Strong stakeholder management: agree, synchronizeto push for the result
• Execution discipline: deadlines, follow-ups, quality control, fixing agreements
• Ability to write briefly and to the point (updates, decisions, next steps)
Will be a plus:
• Experience in the CEO office / operations roles with high autonomy
• Experience leading financial initiatives at the level of process management (not “accounting”, but organization of decisions and execution)
• Experience with investments/partnerships/reinvestments
• Habit of working with modern planning/notes/AI tools to accelerate execution
