Manual QA Engineer (Lviv) in Ajax Systems

Ajax Systems develops not only wireless security systems, but also its own software. These are mobile applications for Android and iOS, as well as desktop applications for Windows and MacOS. They help our users connect and configure the system themselves, as well as manage system health. PRO versions of mobile applications and PRO Desktop, in addition to the functions of the regular application, include a professional set of functions created specifically for security and monitoring companies. A user-friendly application actually contains complex logic and many dependencies. It manages the entire Ajax system, so the QA team must guarantee the correct and stable operation of the application under any conditions. 400">- 1+ years of experience in manual testing of mobile applications;

- excellent knowledge of test design techniques;

SDLC;

- experience with business requirements, TOR;

- experience with JIRA, Confluence, Testrail (or alternative);

- experience with logs applications;

- experience with Xcode, Android studio, PyCharm;

- basic understanding of client-server architecture;

- good analytical skills;

—the ability not only to find defects, but also the cause-effect relationship;

—a high level of self-organization.

Great if you have:

experience with REST API;

experience with mock server;

experience with autotests.

What are the challenges?

—test new and existing functionality of mobile and desktop applications;

— working with application logs;

— passage of regression wounds;

— develop and maintain test documentation: test cases, traceability matrix, test plan;

— analysis of business requirements in TK and design;

— work with custom QA Tools (Mock server, emulators);

— analysis of autotest results;

— participate in planning processes, task estimation;

— working in a team with developers, automatizers, PMs, business analysts, designers and QA of related platforms;
