How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• organize the work of the project team
• effectively manage the main "triangle of the project" - execution time,budget, scope of work
• organize the planning of work on the project (calendar plan and network diagram project schedule, kanban boards)
• build effective communication between all project parties
• identify and assess project risks
• responsible for project monitoring and control, managing changes according to the expected results

Challenges for 3 months:< /p>

• take charge of the HRMS development project and familiarize yourself with the current projects
• build effective inter-team interaction
• have an understanding of the main functionality of the system
• prioritize stakeholder requests
• have a solid understanding of the company's processes and approaches

To achieve results, you will need:

• 3+ years of project manager experience
• experience working in food companies will be an advantage
• ability to use various Agile project management methodologies (scrum, kanban, etc.)
• experience with project and documentation management systems (practical experience with Atlassian products; understanding of the specifics of HRMS)
• understanding of IT project management
• risk analysis and management
• understanding of the operation of business processes, skills of the process approach (with which process works, what methodology was used, whether there were projects to change, implement, automate processes, type of BPMN notations)
• experience in project cost calculation and management
• proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate

• business time, when everyone must be on communication - from 11:00 to 16:00
