Project Manager/Branch Manager in HrProject

Currently, for our client from the field of industrial services, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Project manager / Branch Manager - Ukrainian region.

Responsibilities:

• Active search and attraction of clients from the fields of energy, infrastructure, industry and reconstruction projects;
• Building and developing relationships with network operators, local governments, private investors and international institutions;
• Conducting trade talks, negotiations and concluding contracts;
• Preparation of marketing proposals in cooperation with the head office in Poland;
• Promotion of the company's brand and interests on the Ukrainian market;
• Coordination projects that are implemented with the participation of international teams;
• Organization and development of operational activities, including the implementation of technologies, quality standards, as well as the formation of local technical teams;
• Responsibility for the budget, operating costs and financial results; of Poland.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or managing key clients;
• Ability to build strong business relationships and conduct business negotiations;
• Presence of leadership qualities and a high level of independence;
• Experience in creating structures and implementing business processes "from scratch";
• Strategic business thinking and orientation to result;
• Readiness for frequent business trips to the territory of Ukraine;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• Fluency in Polish or English.

The advantage will be:

• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, industrial or technical sectors;
• Experience in managing service, energy, operational or repair projects;
• Ability to organize the work of technical teams in the field
