We help the population in all government-controlled territories: evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for IDPs, document crimes, implement educational programs, transfer charitable assistance, we carry out monitoring visits, advocate for changes, provide legal and psychological consultations. We are looking forlaw enforcement assistant

possible trips within Ukraine;

Responsibilities:

• supporting human rights activities, such as organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, organizing activities (training programs, group and individual consultations, information sessions, etc.), process optimization;

• processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, control of signing and sending documents;

• statistics summary for reporting to clusters;

• participation inproject planning;

• direct inventory control; 

• building partnerships and communication with other organizations, initiatives, state authorities and social institutions;

• interaction and coordination with other areas and departments of the organization;

• other administrative tasks.

We expect:

• higher education (special legal education is not required, but would be an advantage);

• experience in a similar position from 1 year;

• experience communicating with remote teams would be an advantage;

• sufficient level of awareness of aspects of the functioning of non-governmental organizations and project activities;

• developed skills in collecting and analyzing information;

• ability to clearly and concisely formulate conclusions and recommendations based on large amounts of information;

• experience with project and organizational documentation;

• experience in community activities and/or work in international/donor organizations, state authorities, think tanks, etc. will be an advantage;

• confident PC use(Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.);

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">fluency in the Ukrainian language, good communication and negotiation skills;

• knowledge of the English language at a sufficient level for professional communication.
