CHARITY ORGANIZATION "DEPOL UKRAINE CHARITY FOUNDATION" is looking for like-minded people who share our mission - to ensure a decent life for those who find themselves in difficult life circumstances and announces a competition for the vacancy project manager "Help in places of deprivation of liberty".

Responsibilities of the project manager "Help in prisons":

1. To organize and coordinate the work of the project "Help in places of deprivation of liberty" on the territory of Odessa, Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad regions.

2. Visiting places of serving sentences (correctional colonies, probation department, juvenile probation, pretrial detention center).

3. Identifying the needs of clients and drawing up individual plans for work with the client, processing and managing personal files of clients.

4. Helping clients to restore and establish relationships with their social environment.

5. Providing individual and group consultations to clients on legal and social issues.

6. Accompanying persons who were convicted after release.

7. Completion of the necessary documents and their submission to state institutions (assistance in restoring personal documents, registration of social benefits).

8. Interaction with state structures (State Employment Service, State Migration Service, etc.) for the purpose of restoring documents, employment, protection of other rights of vulnerable population groups;

9. Analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of individual customer plans and timely adjustments.

10. Monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the quantity and quality of services provided by him.

11. Development of short-term and long-term budgets for smooth operation of the project.

12. Submission of proposals for improvement of programs and implementation of other powers within the framework of project implementation.

13. Compliance with the rules of ethical behavior of fund employees.

14. Monitor compliance with fire safety and occupational health and safety rules on the project.

15. Compliance with policies, namely:

• Adherence to a zero-tolerance approach to sexual exploitation, violence
• and harassment (SEAH) and undertakes to work in accordance with the Vincentian values of "DEPOL UKRAINE".
• Adherence to the Code of Conduct for employees and volunteers of the BF "DEPOL UKRAINE" and promotion of the values and mission of Depol.
• Adherence to the requirements of Policies and Procedures safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults ("Safeguarding Policy").
• Compliance with the requirements of the Regulation on non-disclosure of data and information related to the Fund's activities.
• Compliance with the requirements of Article 30 The Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language", employees of the foundation must provide services and communicate with each other while working at the foundation, exclusively in the state language, namely Ukrainian.

Requirements:

1. Higher legal and/or social education.

2. Work experience of 2 years or more, experience in the social sphere will be an advantage.

3. Experience in planning, organization, coordination, monitoring, implementation of social work with homeless persons, reporting, preparation and submission of proposals for improvement of programs, exercise of other powers within the framework of project implementation.

4. Possession of a category B driver's license and driving experience will be an advantage.

5. Willingness to travel through Block posts.

6. Availability of a military registration document for persons who are on military registration.

7. It is possible to book an employee.

8. Excellent communication skills, stress resistance, ability to effectively convey information to different categories of people.

9. Perception of people who belong to the vulnerable categorypersons.

10. People prone to violence and those who have no patience for difficult customers, please do not disturb.

We offer:

1. Official employment, work under a fixed-term employment contract until December 31, 2026 with the possibility of extending the fixed-term contract.

2. The trial period is 3 months.

3. Working hours: 8-hour working day from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.

4. Work in the office at the address: str. Dalnytska, 50/33, Odessa.

5. Annual leave of 24 calendar days, in case of benefits, additional leave is granted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
