Deputy head of the construction project in INTERGAL-BUD, TOV

The national investment and construction company "Intergal-Bud", a leader in the construction and development of Ukraine, in connection with the active development and expansion of the state, invites cooperation with the Deputy manager of the construction project (high-rise residential construction).

Our successful candidate:

• Has a full university degree (construction, engineering);
• Experience as a project manager, assistant project manager, customer service administrator (preferably, in a development company) - from 3 years;
• Has implemented projects (in the field of multi-storey residential real estate);
• Knows the regulatory and legal framework in construction, technical regulations;
• Owns MS Project, AutoCAD programs;
• Can calculate the scope of general construction works;
• Has systemic thinking, high organization, communicative, able to make decisions, responsible, result-oriented.

Main tasks:

• Management of construction projects (from site selection to commissioning);
• Organization of service work the customer within the framework of his project;
• Participation in the development of the project concept, development and approval of project solutions;
• Planning and control of the implementation of design and construction works (development of project implementation schedules and control of their implementation);
• Preparation and collection of all necessary documentation for the implementation of the construction project;
• Obtaining permit documentation for construction, passing expertise, obtaining construction permits and technical conditions for design;
• Interaction with contracting organizations, including project organizations;
• Commissioning of objects.
