Project manager for the NGO "Internews-Ukraine" in Internyuz-Ukrayina, GO

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

• manage all phases of the project from start to finish, including strategy development, coordination of activities, reporting, as well as analysis and evaluation of achieved results;
• coordinate the work of the team, optimally distributing responsibilities between participants, promoting effective interaction and ensuring timely completion of tasks;
• engage preparation and coordination of events (trainings, webinars, presentations, press tours);
• establish and maintain communications with partners, donors and contractors; 
• generate ideas for project development and search for new opportunities;
• perform other organizational tasks as needed.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

• have a complete higher education (preferably in the social and humanitarian field);
• have project management experience from 2- x years, including the development of detailed project implementation plan, allocation of budget and resources, determination of key stages and deadlines, coordination of team work;
• fluent in Ukrainian and English at the Advanced level, both verbally and in writing;  
• excellent knowledge of office programs and digital tools (Google Docs, Ms Excel, task managers, Zoom, etc.);
• strive for efficiency in any tasks, are highly motivated and ready for dynamic work;
• respond constructively to challenges, offer ways to solve them. 

The advantage will be:

• study or internship experience abroad;
• experience of working in public and international organizations;
• communication and copywriting skills.
