Monitoring visits to each project location with further preparation of reports on the achievements of the project performance and recommendations for improvement.

Organization, maintenance of internal and external workflow of the project.

Translation of project documentation from/English.

Organization of meetings, presentation preparation, protocols.

Assistance to the project manager in the development of project documentation.

Administration of project documentation (document preparation, updating, verification, support of coordination) and control of its implementation.

Keeping and maintaining the project library, monitoring the availability of full project documentation in it.

Assistance in the preparation of a package of documents required for the conclusion and execution of contracts with donors.

Full higher education.
Experience in a similar position (preferably in non-governmental public associations) from 1 year.
experience in humanitarian (desirable). The experience of writing prose works (desirable).
Knowledge in the field of project management.
Knowledge of Ukrainian-free, English-B1
