What you will do:

• Lead projects from start to final delivery, controlling deadlines, budget and quality.
• Manage team priorities and coordinate interaction with architects, engineers and contractors.
• Maintain transparent and effective communication with US clients.
• Conduct meetings and present solutions to clients and third parties.
• Analyze incoming documentation, formulate project goals, record requirements and constraints.
• Prevent and resolve potential conflicts on the project.
• Ensure compliance of the result with client expectations and agreements.

What we expect from you:

• Experience of Project Manager from 1 year (preferably in architectural and engineering projects).
• Experience of Lead Architect or work in architectural design from 4 years.
• Fluent English (oral and written) B2+.
• Experience interacting with English-speaking customers.
• Knowledge of BIM technologies (Revit) and ability to work with PM tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jira, etc.).

Will be a plus:

• Work experience with American design standards.
• Proactive attitude and thirst for new knowledge
