Let's get to know each othermore:Caterina Foundation Osadchoiis a charitable organization that arose in response to a full-scale invasion to search for missing civilians and over time expanded its assistance to other vulnerable populations.

For more than two years, the team has been implementing powerful projects, combining the efforts of the business, media and volunteer community in two areas: ... 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: missing persons ... none" target="_blank">parentless support. In 2025, the Foundation opened a third direction:targeting teenagers from vulnerable groups.

We believe that it is important to speak loudly about meaningful projects, therefore, we are opening a competition for the position communication manager(s): senior specialist(s), who will be responsible for how the brand of the Kateryna Osadchai Foundation and the organization's projects sound.

A few words about the team: the communication team is in the process of formation and will consist of a permanent team of freelancers: a designer, a targetologist, a copywriter, for a complex need or a creative request. You will be able to form the communication sector of the Foundation in accordance with the goals of the organization and your own professional vision.
Your team will be project managers, the operations manager and his operations team. Your manager will be Ms. Kateryna Osadcha.

You will be the backbone of a rapidly growing organization and its communications coordinator, proactively driving the Foundation towards growth and recognition.Initiative and one's own expert vision is something you can't do without. As is the willingness to work "with your hands", combining both strategic and tactical roles.
The main tasks of the position:

• Communication and PR support of Foundation projects,including development of PR strategies, interaction with the media, media monitoring, support of comms events within the framework of defined projects together with project managers, etc.;

• Maintaining internal and external communications: both with Ukrainian and foreign stakeholders (state and business partners of the Foundation, media, influencers, celebrities within the framework of communication coverage of interaction), and cooperation with the Foundation's project managers, a team of freelancers, contractors, the organization's management, etc.;

• Formation of the Kateryna Osadchai Foundation brand in external communications,including through building effective relations with the media and creating communication strategies for the organization and its individual projects, directions;

• Coordinating the preparation of materials for the Foundation's media, website and social networks in cooperation with freelance writers, including the annual report, a digest for partners, etc.;

• Popening up new opportunities for creative collaborations, publications, performances, media exposure, etc.; 

• Preparation of the organization's speakers for interviews, conferences and other public events within the framework of the Foundation's projects.
  

Knowledge and skills that will definitely come in handy:

• 3 years of work experiencein communications at various levels - PR, copywriting, media, strategic communications, etc. - we are looking for a versatile commswith cases of managing commercial projects, cooperation with business and interaction with the media;

• A fresh and broad base of warm contacts in the media will be a great advantage;

• Excellent managerial skills to coordinate the com sectorand the desire to cooperate with the team and in the team;

• Upper-Intermediate English language skills are desirable;
