What to do:< /b>

• Investment calculation regarding the feasibility of investing in alternative energy sources;
• Selection and ordering of equipment;
• Organization and control of construction (formation of the schedule performance of construction and assembly works, tracking the start and completion of the stages of work at the facility, ensuring operational and financial management of the construction progress, tracking the budget, control of the availability of construction documentation, quality control of the performed works);
• Control of the fulfillment of deadlines , budget and quality;
• Estimation of cost, terms and necessary resources for implementation of construction projects. Compilation of works execution projects;
• Concurrence of documents necessary for the implementation of construction with controlling state bodies;
• Formation of documentation regarding the delivery of objects;
• Minimization of costs with implementation of the project;
• Participation in tender purchases.

We expect from you:

• Higher technical education (if construction is an advantage);
• Ability to read drawings and projects;
• Knowledge of computer programs: MSOffice, 1C - mandatory, AutoCAD ArchiCAD is an advantage;
• Additional education in the direction of "Project Management" is an advantage;
• Experience in the implementation of a full-cycle construction project.
