Project Manager (Agro) in KOMPANIYa ENZIM, PRAT

In order not to lose momentum, we invite a Pproject manager in the Agro direction to the team

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Have an education in agronomy, agricultural engineering, agricultural economics or related fields.
• Have practical experience: work in the agricultural sector , experience in farm management, participation in agricultural innovation projects.
• You have an understanding of the market: knowledge of the specifics of agriculture, regulatory requirements, modern technologies (AgTech), industry trends and challenges.
• You have a high level of English
• Ready for business trips (incl. abroad)

Your duties will include:

• Business planning: market analysis, creating a startup development strategy, forecasting costs and revenues.
• Budgeting, investment attraction, management risks.
• Forming a team and setting them tasks
• Establishing cooperation with partners, investors, suppliers and customers
• In-depth study of the specifics of the agricultural sector in the region where the startup is planned.
• Focus on global trends, including sustainable development, organic production and digitization.
