• Fixed payment in $.
• Vacation - 18 working days per year, 10 sick days.
• Systematic review of wages 2 times a year.

• For those who live in Lviv, it is possible to come to the office or you can work remotely and plan your working hours independently.

What our ideal candidate is responsible for:< /strong>

• Responsible for planning, implementation of project tasks.
• Responsible for communication with the company's client. This includes gathering requirements, clarifying project details, reporting on project status, resolving disputes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manages a team of professionals including programmers, designers and testers.
• Conducts 1to1s and retrospectives with team members.

What you should have:

• Have at least 2 years of commercial experience in planning, execution and control of projects. Know the Scrum methodology.
• Possess English at B2 level to effectively communicate with clients.
• Have experience in conducting 1to1 and retrospectives.
• Able to resolve conflicts and motivate the team .
