Responsibilities:

• Active participation in closing vacancies in various areas (marketing, product, SEO, administrative area);
• Evaluation of resumes and conducting interviews with candidates;
• Building communication with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates;
• Working with job sites, social networks and other sources;
• Reporting on the personnel search process.
   

Necessary skills:

• Experience in closing various areas of vacancies from 2 years;
• High quantitative and qualitative indicators in closing vacancies;
• Result orientation, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace, proactivity;
• Developed communication skills, negotiation skills and handling objections;

• Proficiency in direct search techniques;
• English language at B2 level.
