We invite you to join our 1C Project Manager team.

Main duties: b>

• control of compliance of the solution developed by the contractor with the initial requirements of business processes;
• interaction with the contractor and integrators on issues of designing the 1C implementation card - solutions and formation of general principles of business processes of information systems; budget and resource management; project management (development of plans, budgets, task setting, control over their execution) for the automation of a large enterprise based on the "1C:Enterprise 8.3" family of software products;
• communication with the customer on all issues related to project implementation and management;< /li>
• work with customer requirements: study, analysis, preparation of detailed planning of project stages, allocation of resources;
• task setting to the project team based on user requirements and the project plan;
• organization of the project team's workflow;
• risk identification and management;
• reporting on the progress of tasks and the project in in general;
• preparation of project documentation (charter, reports, minutes of meetings, presentations);
• setting, prioritization, monitoring and control of execution tasks;
• quality control of fulfilled requirements, approval of changes.

Requirements:

• higher education;
• project management experience of at least 3 years;
• experience of drafting technical and methodological documentation;
• experience in establishing a full development cycle (from TK to project commissioning);
• knowledge of the life cycle of IT projects and project management approaches management;

• knowledge of the basics of accounting in the following sections - accounting of funds, material accounting, accounting of mutual settlements with counterparties;

• understanding of the principles of integration and exchange of data between different information systems and applications;
• knowledge of MS Project;
• experience in managing several projects at the same time and a team of more than 10 participants;
• skills and practical application of Agile and Hybrid project management methodology.
