Project manager in MK Boost

We, MK Boost, are a targeted advertising agency that works mainly in the US auto and e-commerce niches.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will become a strong link between client, team and result.

We need not just a manager, but a person for whom communication is a real strength. Someone who knows how to feel people, adapt to different clients and team members, keep the process in order and not lose control when the tasks become many.

It is important for us that the Project Manager:

• knew the mood of customers, buyers and teams;
• easily adapted to different people;
• was a kind of social chameleon;
• was able to look at Meta Ads on his own." indicators, analyze them and write a weekly report with the correct conclusions;
• did not necessarily have a strong technical level in working with an advertising office, but understood the logic of processes and numbers;
• bring positive energy, drive and good mood.

What will be done

be the main point of communication between the client and the team;
• set the tasks and monitor their execution;
• follow the deadlines, priorities in processes;
• communicate with buyers, designers and other team members;
• participate in weekly calls with clients;
• prepare weekly project reports;
• analyze advertising indicators and form adequate conclusions;
• help maintain a normal pace and a healthy atmosphere within the team.
