"SMILE" is a public organization that works in the direction of providing assistance to the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes the involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions.
Within the scope of the project, in partnership with the Norwegian Refugee Council, we continue to provide assistance to affected households in the Sumy region. This activity will include conducting a needs assessment, providing assistance to the affected population, issuing humanitarian aid, registering and issuing cash assistance.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive team player who is interested in communicating, establishing effective communications and self-development, in order to protect people affected by conflict.
Tasks and responsibilities: robation related to the programmatic part of planning and organizing project activities, such as communication with stakeholders and beneficiaries of the project; going to the site of the destruction, establishing the ownership of real estate, drawing up the necessary documents for calculating aid payments, filling out reporting forms, preparing descriptive reports for the project.
Qualification requirements (technical skills): 2 years of experience in a similar position in the humanitarian field, knowledge of the spoken and written Ukrainian language, excellent computer skills (must be MS Office, 1C), availability of a personal PC.
Terms: - acceptance of offers until 30.03.2026 inclusive; - the duration of the project is 8 months from April 1 to November 30, 2026.
