Project manager in IWIS

We are looking for aProject Manager,in connection with the expansion of the team. Work with various IT projects (web, integrations), the opportunity to manage the full development life cycle and direct interaction with clients awaits you.

It is important for us:

• Experience of Project Manager from 1 year
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Understanding the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to formulate requirements into a clear scope of work for the team
• Experience with Jira / Confluence
• Ability to read and analyze specifications (epics, user stories)
• Knowledge of task estimation methods.

What you will need to do:

• Formation of requirements and setting tasks for the development team
• Definition of dependencies between tasks and optimization of development processes
• Organization of planning, evaluation and control of task execution
• Analysis of team performance indicators
• Planning of releases and ensuring achievement of project goals
• Management documentation: backlog, roadmap, reports
• Ensuring quality communication with the client and within the team
• Monitoring progress and eliminating obstacles in the team
• Involvement in strategic planning and working with clients
