Project manager in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

The international charity fund Caritas of Ukraine invites a Grow project manager to its team. 

Main duties:

1. Implementation and support of the project implementation system (assessment questionnaire, cost estimates, methodology, SOP). 
2. Implementation and development of team accountability and awareness. 
3. Development of project sustainability concept and strategy, research and needs assessment. 
4. Communication, coordination and support of professional relations with other organizations and institutions. 
5. Data collection, evaluation of program performance. 
6. Supporting the professional development of local Caritas employees. 
7. Monitoring project implementation based on regular employee reports and visits to local Caritas. 
8. Learning best practices in acquiring the necessary skills for life, employment and dissemination of knowledge in the Livelihoods program. 
9. Development and improvement of program components, preparation of programs and SOPs for complementarity and redirection, counseling, training, employment. 
10. Providing information to the program manager about the progress and activities of the project. 
11. Help in the development of questionnaires, databases, selection criteria, survey questionnaires. 
12. Ensuring compliance of project activities with the policies and procedures of Caritas of Ukraine. 
13. Development of support and skills development programs to facilitate employment. 
14. Ability to analyze labor legislation, as well as financial models of employment and self-employment. 

Requirements:

• Higher education (social or economic). 
• Experience in running one's own business and implementation of implementation projects, ability to find solutions in difficult conditions (preferred). 
• Experience in communication with employers, state structures and local authorities (preferred). 
• Experience in social, humanitarian or livelihood restoration projects. 
• Experience in preparation and reporting.  
• Experience in working with people and coordinating teams. 
• Knowledge of market-based approach. 
• Languages: Ukrainian – fluent, English – at a level for communication and correspondence with partners. 
• PC proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace) and presentation preparation skills (PowerPoint, Canva or others). 
• Skills for preparing presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, or other programs).
